退換貨政策

如購買商品後發現不合適或其他因素，ROBME* 提供寄出 7 天內的退換貨服務。

商品必須是全新未使用的條件下，並保持完整的商標與包裝一併寄回，若商品退還時遭到損壞，均不予退還。

※折扣商品均無法做退換貨。

Return and Exchange Policy

If you find the product unsuitable or have other reasons after purchase, ROBME* offers return and exchange services within 7 days of shipment.

The product must be in new, unused condition and returned with the original tags and packaging intact. If the product is damaged upon return, no refund will be issued.
